AISE consulting is focused on developing gender inclusive, sustainable and context specific solutions to development and health systems problems in low and middle income countries. It operates with a client-centred and driven partnership model, to co-create and support institutions to develop evidence based and sustainable solutions to important development and health systems issues.
Women led and women-based MSMEs face specific challenges and difficulties, including but not limited to a reduced access to investment opportunities, and societal and gender based barriers that discourage entrepreneurship among women. Covid-19 has exacerbated some of those inequalities especially among female owned MSMEs. Covid-19 is expected to exacerbate the gendered challenges and barriers to women’s economic participation, which stood at 21% compared to 72% for men before the pandemic in some countries. AISE Consulting realises the need for a gendered lens in providing an enabling environment for women owned MSMEs. To achieve this we have put together a training program led by experts in Business Development, Strategy and Marketing and Gender mainstreaming and social inclusion.
AISE Consulting is pleased to be supporting female owned micro, small and medium scale enterprises (MSMEs) to digitalise their businesses, expand their customer base and build resilience during the Covid- 19 pandemic and beyond.
As a business incubator, we offer training, IT support and access to resources and information that can help you jump-start your business and grow your customer base. AISE is specifically focused at supporting female owned enterprises, especially those of low-income women, or women living with disabilities. Our incubation period is between 6 months to 12 months.
